Waterproofing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Waterproofing Specialist with extensive knowledge of Sika and ABE products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project experience in waterproofing and will be responsible for providing expert services on an on-call contract basis. The specialist should be based in Gaborone and be ready to take on diverse waterproofing projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform waterproofing assessments and installations using Sika and ABE products. Apply waterproofing solutions to various structures, including basements, rooftops, bridge decks, and water tanks. Conduct thorough inspections to identify waterproofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure all waterproofing work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to deliver high-quality results. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of waterproofing techniques, products, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of project experience in waterproofing. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Sika and ABE products. Proven track record of successful waterproofing projects. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
