About FLIP Internship Program

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for IT support, networking, and system administration? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment? FHL Group is looking for a IT Services Technician Intern to join our team and develop technical skills in hardware, software, and IT solutions.

Position: IT Services Technician Intern
Location: Hybrid (Remote & Office-based)
Duration: 6-12 months
Who Can Apply? Recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related fields

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues
Support network setup, maintenance, and security
Install and configure operating systems and applications
Help with cloud services, cybersecurity, and data backups
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Document and report IT issues and resolutions
